Our client Creative Tugs is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager - International Sales in Karachi

Creative Tugs is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead and expand our international B2B sales initiatives. This role focuses on driving outbound sales efforts by targeting global clients primarily in the web design, SEO, and software development sectors. The ideal candidate brings at least three years of proven experience in outbound sales within top-tier IT agencies and excels at identifying and converting new business opportunities in competitive international markets. Managing a team of five sales professionals, the candidate will provide strategic direction and mentorship while executing high-impact sales strategies to penetrate untapped markets and grow long-term client relationships.   • Proven B2B Agency Experience: At least 2–4 years of active experience selling web design, SEO, or software development services to international clients. (Prior experience working in outbound sales departments of top-tier IT companies like Folio3, 10Pearls, Cubix, Salsoft, or Gaditek is a major plus).
  • Outbound Mastery: Strong, proven expertise in outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, cold emailing, cold calling). We are looking for a hunter, not just someone waiting for inbound warm leads.
  • Flawless Communication: Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills. You must be highly confident pitching over video calls (Zoom/Google Meet) to international business owners and decision-makers.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to handle objections regarding remote offshore delivery, pricing packages, and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities

  • The Hunt: Proactively identify, reach out to, and nurture potential B2B clients in North America, Europe, and the Middle East using cold outbound strategies, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and direct professional networks.
  • The Close: Manage the entire sales cycle—from first contact and discovery calls to pitching, overcoming pricing/time-zone objections, and closing the deal.
  • Target-Driven Execution: Meet and exceed a minimum baseline target of $5,000 to $6,000 USD in monthly closed revenue (approximately 2–3 standard custom WordPress/SEO/development projects).
  • Collaboration: Partner with our design and development team to quickly understand technical scopes, help build proposals, and present accurate solutions to prospective clients.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team of five, providing coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations to achieve set sales goals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive outbound sales strategies targeting international businesses for web design, SEO, and software development services.
  • Conduct in-depth international market research to identify emerging opportunities and tailor strategies for diverse regional markets.
  • Generate and qualify leads through active outreach channels including LinkedIn, cold emailing, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and prospective clients to maximize revenue opportunities and foster customer loyalty.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations through video calls to effectively communicate service value to decision-makers.
  • Utilize sales forecasting techniques and data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau to monitor pipeline health and predict revenue trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales campaigns with brand positioning and industry trends.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and market developments to identify potential threats and adapt sales tactics accordingly.
  • Track and report sales metrics regularly to senior management, recommending improvements and adjustments to sales approaches.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and ethical standards during all sales interactions and negotiations.
  • Explore and implement innovative sales techniques and tools to enhance outbound prospecting efficiency.
