We are recruiting for Senior Cargo Customer Service Agent for Karachi, Thailand.
The selected candidate will be involved in providing customer service functions, such as interactions with Ground Handling Agents on behalf of Qatar Airways Cargo in both import and export matters and as well with QR Cargo sales team.

Description
We are recruiting for Senior Cargo Customer Service Agent for Karachi, Thailand.
The selected candidate will be involved in providing customer service functions, such as interactions with Ground Handling Agents on behalf of Qatar Airways Cargo in both import and export matters and as well with QR Cargo sales team.
Accountabilities
- Ensure full compliance at all times of safety and security regulations and procedures as per host state and company requirements.
- Reconsolidate booking requests from freight forwarders and direct customers and input their data in booking system according to airline instructions as per CSM.
- Coordinate with all region stations and GSAs to ensure the input accurate booking data.
- Coordinate service recovery to protect customer experience.
- Maintain a close coordination between QR departments and customers by ensuring their shipments are transferred, delivered on time and correct priority is given to shipments.
- To coordinate accomplishment of tasks with regional GHA and internal departments to ensure/ enhance a high-quality service on import and export.
- Support customer- liaise with customs, health authorities, QR headquarters, other stations and any other party to ensure customer experience.
- Coordinate with GHA, internal departments to ensure irregularity codes are correctly inserted in airline system.
- Implement corrective actions to protect customer experience.
- Distribute all cargo related information to all concerned parties, including customers, customs and other authorities.
- Ensure that notifications are sent officially on cargo arrival information to freight forwarders/ agents/ direct customers.
- Produce weekly, monthly and whenever necessary customer experience related reports.

Qualification
- Vocational, Tertiary, Trade or Diploma or Associate Degree with minimum 3 years of job-related experience
- Good communication skills
- Computer Literate
