We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in Electromechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in product design, integrating both electrical and mechanical components, and will be proficient in advanced simulation tools for CFD, structural, and thermal analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product design and development of mechanical systems, including integration with electrical components.
- Perform advanced simulations (CFD, structural, thermal) to validate and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, manufacturing, quality) to ensure seamless product integration.
- Prepare detailed engineering documentation, including CAD models, drawings, and technical reports.
- Drive design reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing within the team.
- Education: BE/MS in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in mechanical product design and development.
- Strong proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, CATIA, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with CFD, FEA, and thermal analysis software (ANSYS, COMSOL, or similar).
- Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and design for reliability.
- Strong problem-solving ability, leadership, and effective communication skills.
- Experience in multidisciplinary product development (electro-mechanical systems).
- Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Project management exposure with ability to handle multiple priorities.
