Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Lead to lead the functional and operational management of an enterprise ERP environment. The role will oversee Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, HCM/Payroll, OIC, and OCI streams, combining hands-on technical support and issue triage with team leadership, delivery governance, Oracle vendor management, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working hands-on with Oracle Cloud technologies while also managing technical teams and senior stakeholders across Finance, HR, Information Security, and Business Units.

Job Responsibilities
Hands-On Support & Triage
- Personally review, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across Oracle Fusion Cloud, OIC, OCI, and Okta.
- Review and approve/reject access requests, Purchase Requisition (PR) tickets, and OIC execution failures.
- Handle Oracle and Okta access-related issues for employees, contractors, and partner users.
- Perform initial investigation, root-cause analysis, and resolution of functional and integration-related issues.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams and vendors for complex incidents and escalations.
- Lead and manage direct reports across the ERP function.
- Establish and enforce JIRA-based ticket and delivery discipline.
- Monitor service requests, incidents, priorities, SLAs, and delivery timelines.
- Conduct technical knowledge-sharing and capability-building sessions for the team.
- Drive quarterly planning and prioritization with Finance, HR, InfoSec, and Business Units.
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication and timely resolution of business-critical issues.
- Act as the primary owner for Oracle Support and Service Requests (SRs).
- Manage Oracle-related escalations and coordinate with Oracle Support.
- Support planning and execution of Oracle Cloud upgrades, patches, and version changes.
- Oversee external implementation partners and ensure delivery against agreed requirements and timelines.
- Maintain effective governance across Oracle environments and related integrations.
- Identify opportunities to improve ERP operations through AI, RPA, and automation.
- Sponsor and deliver automation initiatives such as automated document and invoice processing.
- Identify repetitive manual processes and develop solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operational overhead.
- Drive continuous improvement across ERP support, access management, integrations, and business processes.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement.
- Working experience with Oracle HCM/Payroll.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Experience troubleshooting Oracle/Okta access and authentication issues.
- Strong understanding of integrations, interfaces, and execution failures.
- Experience with JIRA or similar ticket/delivery management platforms.
- Strong team leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing Oracle Support Service Requests and external vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Exposure to AI/RPA and process automation is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud, OIC, OCI, and Okta.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical/ERP teams and managing enterprise delivery.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders across Finance, HR, InfoSec, and Business Units.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud implementation, support, upgrades, or managed services.
- Oracle Cloud certifications are highly preferred.
- Relevant experience in enterprise ERP environments will be an added advantage.
