Job Purpose

The P2P / Purchase to Pay Specialist will be managing the purchase order process across all indirect categories including IT hardware, software, facilities management and others.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring that all demand that comes through is actioned as per agreed SLA's including a 'hands on' approach in all aspects of the team
• Ensure that all processes are as per the agreed governance, guiding and educating the wider teams on the correct ways of working and making improvements if necessary, including rreviewing/addressing Ariba P2P purchase requisitions to maintain compliance to policies and processes.
• Raising purchase orders using SAP, working with approvers to ensure PO's are released in a timely manner and within the agreed timeframes.
• Working with Finance to ensure the Purchase order approval matrix is kept up to date and communicated to all who need it
• Accurate maintenance of P2P Team records; produce regular reports on the demand/input through the Team and presenting at Team meetings
• Ensure that invoices are processed quickly and efficiently and working with Accounts payable/Finance to resolve any queries as required to ensure that the Credit Rating for business is not impacted by late payment of invoices
• Maintain and support improvement of the 'Purchase to Pay' process and Ariba, in collaboration with key stakeholders (e.g. BF, IM, Business Planning, SC Excellence etc.)
• Meeting procurement Operational KPI’s and provide monthly, quarterly, and annual Management Information (MI) and other operational reports, building on the centralised spend data analytics and support.
  
  

Experience & Qualification Required

• Bachelors in relevant field
• 2 years of experience in Purchasing & Procurement.
