Senior Executive Finance

Overview:

We are seeking application for the position of “Senior Executive Finance” who will be responsible to support to develop and administer Credit & Collections / Accounts Receivable (OTC) processes and activities to investigate and minimize credit risk in line with internal and external policies and standards, regulations and compliance requirements.

Role & Responsibilities:

Manage Credit Customer at Branch.

Coordination with SPO for proper submission of Invoices.

Coordination with SPO and Customers to recover outstanding amounts

Meeting with Customers for disputes resolution

To manage Posting and allocation receipts into accounting software

Coordinating with banks for un-reconciled receipts

Reconciliation outstanding ledgers with customer

Support to head of Credit Control for meeting Monthly reporting

Bank Reconciliation for Branch Bank Account

Maintaining Branch Petty Expenses

Coordination with corporate office for branch vendor payments

Reconciliation outstanding ledgers with vendors

Maintaining record for annual financial audits

Maintaining monthly Accruals/Advances Schedules

Actualization of Accruals in CW1

Approving credit hold documents in CW1

Experience: 3-4 years of experience in related field
