10Pearls is seeking a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a strong focus on US hiring. This role requires someone who is sharp, proactive, quick to learn, and passionate about identifying and engaging top technical talent. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver quality hires within defined timelines.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a strong focus on US hiring. This role requires someone who is sharp, proactive, quick to learn, and passionate about identifying and engaging top technical talent. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver quality hires within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake to closure for assigned roles
- Align with hiring managers on role expectations, timelines, and feasibility
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical and recurring roles
- Use AI tools as a standard way of working for sourcing, screening, and talent discovery
- Track and improve key metrics: time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and closures
- Share clear, data-backed updates with stakeholders
- Ensure process discipline across ATS, SLAs, and hiring workflows
- Manage candidate experience and offer negotiations end-to-end
- Support mentoring of junior team members and team capability building
- 2-4 years of experience in technical recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT roles, tech stacks, and niche hiring
- Hands-on use of AI tools across hiring workflows
- Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to operate with ownership, accountability, and a business-aligned mindset
