About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to build and scale modern web applications and AI-powered solutions. You will work across the entire technology stack, developing frontend experiences, backend services, and integrating LLM/AI capabilities into production systems. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Python skills, a product-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver scalable full-stack solutions across frontend and backend technologies.
• Integrate AI/ML services, LLMs and intelligent workflows into production environments.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and backend systems.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to deliver impactful technology solutions.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience building and delivering full-stack applications.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web technologies.
• Familiarity with TanStack (Query, Router, Table).
• Strong Python skills, with real experience building APIs and scalable backend systems.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or AI/ML services into production applications, prompt engineering, evaluations, structured outputs, and reasoning about cost and latency.
• Ability to build scalable products in fast-paced environments.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience in a startup or early-stage environment.
• Familiarity with the construction, proptech or enterprise SaaS domains.
• Exposure to data pipelines, vector search or RAG architectures.
  
  

Interview Process

• Round 1: A technical interview to assess the candidate’s expertise and practical experience.
• Round 2: A client interview to evaluate communication, collaboration, and alignment with project expectations.
• Round 3: A discussion with the PMO/CTO to evaluate strategic thinking and technical alignment.
• Round 4: An HR interview to assess cultural fit, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.
