Senior Full Stack Engineer (MERN + AIGenAI)

About Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) along with solid experience in Artificial Intelligence, particularly in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Machine Learning with NLP projects. The ideal candidate will have experience leading technical teams, building scalable systems, and delivering AI-powered applications in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Architect and implement AI-driven solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines.
• Develop and deploy NLP-based machine learning models for production-grade applications.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and system reliability.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, QA) for smooth delivery.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Proven experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and NLP-based machine learning projects.
• Experience working with vector databases and AI model integrations.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior team leading or mentoring experience.
• Strong English communication skills (fluency required).
• Flexible to work in Eastern or US time zones based on business requirements.
