Baldy Ads seeks a highly skilled Graphic Designer | UI/UX Designer | Video Editor with at least five years of professional experience in graphic design. The successful candidate demonstrates expertise in creating compelling visual content that aligns with brand identity while enhancing user experience across digital platforms. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software is essential, complemented by a strong foundation in design principles including typography, color theory, and design thinking. The role requires a dedicated professional capable of managing multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality visuals through effective prototyping, wireframing, and video animation creation. The candidate must currently reside in Lahore and maintain availability to work during evening and late-night hours, specifically from 6 PM to 4 AM PST, ensuring flexibility to meet project deadlines and collaborate effectively within the team environment.

This position emphasizes creativity and technical ability within a fast-paced advertising environment. Although team management is not a component of this role, the candidate should possess excellent communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and integrate feedback smoothly. Bachelor's degree holders from any academic discipline who bring a robust portfolio showcasing over ten product or sample designs are encouraged to apply. Applicants must own a motorbike for efficient commute and errands as they arise during working hours. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and foundational Microsoft Excel skills are also required to support documentation and reporting needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design visual assets that convey the companys branding and marketing goals across digital and print media.
• Create user-centered UI/UX designs that improve interaction flows, usability, and overall customer experience for online platforms.
• Conduct prototyping and wireframing to iterate design concepts and facilitate efficient communication with clients and development teams.
• Edit and produce engaging video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and similar video editing tools to support campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Illustrate and refine graphic elements including vector graphics, animations, and 3D animations using industry-standard software such as Blender.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistency in branding and adherence to visual identity guidelines.
• Maintain an organized archive of all graphic and video assets and manage file versions to streamline project workflows.
• Leverage design thinking to solve complex visual communication challenges and adapt designs based on user feedback and data insights.
• Manage schedules and deliver multiple design projects on time, ensuring a high degree of quality and alignment with client expectations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in graphic design, UI/UX, and video editing to bring innovative ideas to the team.
• Prepare comprehensive presentations and reports of design concepts and revisions to stakeholders using Microsoft Word and basic spreadsheet software.
• Perform errand-related activities requiring motorbike transportation to support project needs or team requirements efficiently.
• Adapt to work schedules that include late-night hours from 6 PM to 4 AM to ensure continuous productivity across project lifecycles.
