Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Android, Web, Data, AI) to solve critical business and technical challenges, while providing guidance and mentorship to the iOS development team.
• Design and build advanced, scalable applications using Swift, leveraging deep knowledge of iOS SDK frameworks in areas such as networking, data persistence, logging, and performance.
• Design and implement clean, testable, and scalable architectures for complex applications, proactively solving challenging technical problems.
• Ensure the highest standards of code quality by writing unit tests, working with multithreaded programming, and maintaining testable code.
• Implement automation for app builds and publications while continuously improving the codebase and UX to stay ahead of evolving iOS ecosystem trends.
• Mentor team members to maximize their potential and ensure the overall success of the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in iOS development, with a focus on managing teams and resources.
• Proficiency in Swift and mastery of iOS frameworks (UIKit, Foundation, etc.).
• Extensive experience with unit testing, multithreaded programming, and working with relational databases.
• Strong understanding of iOS SDK frameworks for networking, data persistence, and performance optimization.
• Proven experience with automating app builds and publication processes.
• Ability to articulate complex technical challenges and thrive in an environment with loosely defined problems and fast-changing requirements.
• A passion for learning new technologies and building applications of massive scale.
