Our client CodeByte is hiring a Senior IT Engineer in Lahore.
* Network coordination – servers, switches, storage, routers, data center
* SSL certificate management on Microsoft IIS
* Active Directory admin & patch management oversight
* Daily SOC & cybersecurity report review + mitigation follow-up
* VAPT oversight & backup/recovery report review
Vendor & SLA Management
* Vendor SLA tracking & escalation
* Ticket closure review & critical item escalation
* Telecom & connectivity coordination
* User account lifecycle – creation, activation, deactivation
SAP / GSAP
* Daily GSAP postings per SOP
* SM35 transaction file postings
* Credit limit, exposure & debit/credit note postings
* Sales system & GSAP reconciliation
* Bank & GSAP interface support
BI & Integration
* BI bug & data mismatch logging/escalation
* Integration troubleshooting coordination
* Wet Stock Management & VMI support routing
Working Hours: Sun–Thu, standard business hours + after-hours for planned/critical activities
Mode: Fully Remote
Profile: 6 - 10 years IT ops/managed services, SAP/GSAP exposure, ITIL preferred
