Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About The Role
The Key Account Executive will lead point-of-contact efforts with key customers, driving category optimization and range expansion in alignment with Reckitt's TER Growth ambitions. Based in a designated region, the KAE will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within their allocated geography, fostering strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to drive business growth.

About The Role

Your responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure seamless alignment of demand and supply needs for customers, driving operational efficiency and satisfaction.
- Foster and maintain strong, workable partnerships with customers, executing tailored strategies to meet their unique business needs and align customer trading terms.
- Develop and nurture relationships with store operations teams to ensure effective execution and maximize business opportunities.
- Upon notification of new store openings, develop and execute strategic plans to capitalize on business growth opportunities, ensuring successful launches and long-term partnerships.
- Execute and implement category strategies aligned with customer needs, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Execute Events/NPD/EPD/BDI launch plans, ensuring successful implementation according to company guidelines.
- Continuously improve account management by identifying opportunities for efficiency, gaining value and volume share, and driving business outcomes.
- Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle, including demand generation, purchase order issuance, order placement, facilitation of order execution, and support in payment recovery.
- Ensure effective store merchandising that meets JBP requirements, training and developing on-ground merchandising teams to achieve this goal.
- Deploy suitable merchandising resources at each store, ensuring optimal execution and brand representation.
- Lead on-ground executions and collaborate with vendors to ensure successful in-store BIC implementations.
- Keep close eye and report competitor activities, including new promotions, New Promos, TPRs, price increases/reductions, and other relevant market developments, providing insights to Trade Marketing for strategic decision-making
- Minimum 2 years FMCG experience in Sales and Key Account Management
- Educated to minimum bachelors degree level ideally in a business related subject - from a recognized University
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and business acumen, driving store level decision-making and a strong drive for outperformance via executional excellence.
- Negotiation & Influence: Plans and undertakes complex and contractual business negotiations with customers.
- Proactively collect and analyze data to identify growth opportunities, monitor competition, and track market trends.
- Foster strong business and customer relationships by managing stakeholder interests and continually enhancing connections.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, to effectively analyze data and drive business insights.
