Key Responsibilities

  • Own a US client portfolio as primary trusted adviser across all compliance,

reporting, and advisory matters.

  • Lead preparation and senior review of financial statements, federal and

state tax returns (Forms 1120, 1065, 1040), and bookkeeping.

  • Oversee payroll processing, sales tax compliance, and AP / AR management.
  • Monitor IRS, FASB, and state regulatory updates; implement process changes

proactively without direction.

  • Lead, mentor, and quality-review a junior and mid-level accounting team;

build a culture of precision and accountability.

  • Identify compliance risks and planning opportunities; communicate findings

with clarity and confidence.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • ACCA / CA Finalist or fully qualified — in good standing.
  • Minimum 5 years in a US-facing accounting practice at senior level.
  • Self-directed: manages competing priorities and makes decisions independently.
  • Initiative-driven: identifies and resolves issues without being prompted.
  • Deep working knowledge of US GAAP, federal and multi-state tax, IRS

compliance, and payroll regulations.

  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, and IRS e-file platforms.
  • Exceptional communicator with US-based clients; experienced in supervising

and developing a professional team.
