Job Summary

Responsible of leading multiple teams of Executive Service Support (ESS)/ End User Support (EUS), service desk, technical support, asset team, print management, Serviceline and Voiceline

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible and ensure the quality of IT service delivery to the Banks customers across the country under the defined compliance policies.
  • Heading weekly incident and service request meetings with team leads to recognize gaps and provide solutions to maintain quality IT service.
  • Responsible of infrastructure latest trends, security patches and firmware are up to date under the compliance policies within time.
  • Resource management and assigns priorities to IT support cases and IT projects to ensure the quality of services are delivered efficiently.
  • Responsible of running ESS/EUS projects.
  • Managing yearly renewal IT contracts, heading service review meetings with IT contractors on services and build internal and external health relations with different vendors & suppliers.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review availability, scalability & capacity planning of the project resources.
  • Run risk analysis to mitigate the risks and scale the service delivery and project performance.
  • Responsible of asset management pertain to ESS/EUS domain.

Skills And Experience

  • Holds Bachelor’s degree.
  • ITIL Foundation V4 certified.
  • Preferred 10 years of vast experience in information technology in multiple industries
