Role Overview
As Senior Manager – ESG (Sustainability), you will play a pivotal role in delivering ESG consulting projects across various industries. You will be responsible for coordinating engagements, reviewing team deliverables, managing client interactions, and supporting organizations in implementing ESG strategies, sustainability frameworks, climate-related initiatives, and regulatory compliance programs.
Key Responsibilities
As Senior Manager – ESG (Sustainability), you will play a pivotal role in delivering ESG consulting projects across various industries. You will be responsible for coordinating engagements, reviewing team deliverables, managing client interactions, and supporting organizations in implementing ESG strategies, sustainability frameworks, climate-related initiatives, and regulatory compliance programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning, managing, and executing ESG and sustainability advisory engagements.
- Support clients in developing ESG strategies, policies, and implementation roadmaps.
- Sustainability reporting in accordance with recognized frameworks such as GRI, IFRS S1 & S2, SASB, and TCFD.
- Climate risk assessments, carbon footprint analysis, and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reporting.
- Prepare and review client reports, presentations, and recommendations.
- Supervise ESG team and provide guidance, technical support, and performance feedback.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of engagements.
- Contribute to business development by assisting with proposals, presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Stay informed about emerging ESG regulations, sustainability trends, and best practices.

- Supply Chain Sustainability
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences with sustainability-related certifications. Preferably an ACCA with a firm background.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in ESG consulting, sustainability reporting, risk advisory, assurance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of ESG concepts, sustainability frameworks, and reporting standards.
- Knowledge of climate-related risks, carbon accounting, and sustainability metrics.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Experience supervising teams and coordinating multiple assignments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
