Senior Manager Finance - Hightech Solutions

Our client Hightech Solutions is hiring a Senior Manager Finance in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Develop financial strategies to enhance company growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Lead the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure financial objectives are aligned with overall business goals.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
- Present financial reports and analyses to executive management.
- Support strategic initiatives by providing financial reports and insights.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Experience in managing a finance team.
- Demonstrated ability to make informed and strategic financial decisions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- An MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field is preferred.
- CPA, CFA, or similar professional certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with accounting standards and principles.
