Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Node.js Developer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development expertise and hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js
- Build and manage robust RESTful APIs
- Develop microservices-based architectures
- Integrate message brokers and event-driven systems
- Optimize application performance and database queries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development with Node.js
- Strong knowledge of NestJS framework
- Solid understanding of Node.js fundamentals (event loop, async programming, streams, etc.)
- Experience with Microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka
- Strong experience in building and consuming REST APIs
- Good knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
- Understanding of clean architecture principles and best practices
- Experience with Docker and containerized environments
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
