This role involves working closely with the CEO to manage and optimize operational processes, monitor team performance, and implement strategies that drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of experience in operational management and is adept at leading a diverse team of 10 professionals.

The Operations Manager plays a key role in improving business processes, managing budgeting and forecasting, and applying data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. This position requires strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and leverage ERP systems to streamline operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with the companys goals and values.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO to plan and execute operational strategies that support company objectives and revenue growth.
