Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust Quality Management Systems (QMS) in alignment with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and global regulatory requirements.
• Lead and oversee validation activities, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) of equipment and processes.
• Drive the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) management process, including investigation of deviations, root cause analysis, and implementation of effective preventive measures.
• Conduct thorough internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of batch records and all associated documentation, maintaining meticulous documentation control procedures.
• Manage and mitigate quality risks through the application of systematic risk management principles and methodologies.
• Champion data integrity principles throughout all quality-related activities and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in GMP Compliance, Quality Systems, and Validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Strong understanding of Regulatory Affairs and experience with Auditing processes.
• Proficiency in CAPA Management, Risk Management, and ensuring Data Integrity.
• Experience with Batch Records and Documentation Control is essential.
• Proven ability in Problem Solving and leading Investigational Studies.
• Demonstrated Leadership capabilities, with excellent Communication and Teamwork skills.
