About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our on-site recruitment team. You'll lead end-to-end hiring for international clients, manage complex recruitment projects, mentor junior recruiters, and consistently deliver high-quality placements across multiple industries.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for international clients.
  • Source and engage top-tier professionals across multiple industries.
  • Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Manage multiple priority vacancies simultaneously.
  • Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Partner with the client success manager to understand hiring requirements.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and support team development.
  • Improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency.
  • Maintain ATS records and recruitment reports.
  • Achieve placement and revenue targets.

Who are we looking for?

  • 4–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Proven success hiring across multiple industries.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing passive candidates.
  • Experience managing client relationships.
  • Excellent interviewing and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Comfortable working hybrid in Karachi.

Position: Senior Recruiter

Remote Status: Hybrid

Preferred Location: Karachi

Working Hours: 11 am - 8 pm PKT

Holidays: Local

Salary: PKR 90,000 + USD-Pegged Uncapped Commission per Successful Placement
