Details
Elon Tech is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive client acquisition, manage key accounts, and lead revenue growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong B2B/B2C sales expertise, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive IT & Services market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance customer experience.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics; prepare regular reports for management.
- Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to training initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–7 years of proven sales experience (B2B and/or B2C).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities.
