By integrating financial technology with mobile distribution, PalmPay empowers individuals and businesses to own smartphones more affordably while building a trusted digital ecosystem in Pakistan.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team across B2C and B2B retail channels
- Oversee end-to-end BNPL operations, including go-to-market planning, KPI tracking, and rollout execution for mobile phone sales.
- Align business development initiatives with Mobile Phone product strategy
- Drive agent acquisition and merchant partnerships to boost product adoption
- Onboard new mobile phone companies and retail shops to strengthen PalmPay’s ecosystem
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to accelerate customer acquisition and retention
- Launch targeted lifecycle campaigns to engage users
- Track performance through dashboards, forecasting tools, and ROI mechanisms
- Collaborate with Sales Support and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution
- Communicate KPIs, achievements, and challenges to leadership
- Represent PalmPay in strategic negotiations and high-value partnerships
