Our client Palmpay Pvt Ltd is looking for a Senior Sales Manager - Fintech Mobile Solutions in Karachi

PalmPay is a fintech platform enabling financial inclusion through innovative credit and payment solutions in the mobile phone market. Partnering with leading brands such as Infinix, Tecno, Itel, and Realme, PalmPay provides customers with accessible financing options, seamless digital payments, and rewarding services. By integrating financial technology with mobile distribution, PalmPay empowers individuals and businesses to own smartphones more affordably while building a trusted digital ecosystem in Pakistan.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team across B2C and B2B retail channels
• Oversee end-to-end BNPL operations, including go-to-market planning, KPI tracking, and rollout execution for mobile phone sales.
• Align business development initiatives with Mobile Phone product strategy
• Drive agent acquisition and merchant partnerships to boost product adoption
• Onboard new mobile phone companies and retail shops to strengthen PalmPay’s ecosystem
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to accelerate customer acquisition and retention
• Launch targeted lifecycle campaigns to engage users
• Track performance through dashboards, forecasting tools, and ROI mechanisms
• Collaborate with Sales Support and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution
• Communicate KPIs, achievements, and challenges to leadership
• Represent PalmPay in strategic negotiations and high-value partnerships
