Senior Site Supervisor Housing Projects ( Gray + Finishing )

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire construction site, focusing on gray structure and finishing phases of housing projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure all plans are being executed accurately and timely.
- Monitor daily operations on-site and ensure compliance with construction safety regulations.
- Direct and supervise the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel on-site.
- Inspect construction work to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and standards.
- Manage material resources efficiently, ensuring timely procurement and minimizing wastage.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to the project manager.
- Ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met according to the project schedule.
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the construction process.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in site supervision, specifically in housing projects focusing on gray structure and finishing.
- Proven track record of managing and leading multiple construction teams simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certification in construction site management or similar is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in efficiently managing construction resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Expertise in managing gray structures and finishing work in residential construction projects.
