Our purpose is to give a voice to those who don’t speak the local language; we arrange translators so that patients can get medical treatments in their new country and communicate with doctors. We arrange translators for crime victims so that they can get justice. Our job is to arrange interpreters through our platform for our customers.

Our end customers are hospitals, courts/lawyers, and municipalities who communicate with refugees and other people in need.

Role:

• Lead, mentor, and grow Engineering Managers and engineers across multiple teams.
• Establish and continuously improve engineering standards, processes, and ways of working.
• Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, efficient, and predictable delivery.
• Drive engineering excellence, including code quality, system reliability, security, and automation.
• Own people development, performance management, coaching, and career progression.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and long-term team development.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational challenges.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and positive culture across our international engineering teams.
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of engineering management experience and 4 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a strong understanding of system design and architecture.
• Strong understanding of software development, quality assurance, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and modern engineering practices.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and the ability to drive AI-first engineering practices to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical and organizational challenges.
• Ability to make sound decisions, balance competing priorities, and manage cross-team dependencies in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
