Admin is responsible for User Management, Data and Configuration, Security and access control etc. Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintenance of Salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, page layouts and record types. Supports data migration for a Salesforce re-implementation project, ensuring 99.9% data accuracy. Assistance in the development of training materials and onboarding sessions for new users. Proposes best practices & standards for the project and works with team members for implementation.
Responsible all SFDC Sales/Service/Health cloud functions but not limited to the validation rules, data migrations, data loads, product uploads, formula fields, manage Application Programming Interface (API) connections and managed packages, data hygiene, automation flows, dashboards and reports, change sets, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) process definition.
Work with the cross-functional teams when necessary to help support the life cycle of planning upgrades and troubleshooting problems and the development of Salesforce Systems solutions and or integrations.
Implementation of role-based access and streamlined permission sets to meet data governance and compliance standards. Built custom dashboards and multiple reports to provide actionable insights to executives and sales leaders.
Coordinating and planning in support of researching, installing, configuring, optimizing, testing & deploying application software. Set processes and ensure regular internal system audits.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices in Sales, Service, Health, Experience and Marketing clouds.
Serves as a Subject Matter expert in the use of APEX and Visualforce code.
Manages the integrations with tools such as Outlook/Gmail, Hubspot, Jira, Docusign etc. Use tools like Mulesoft, Workato or native APIs to connect Salesforce to other systems
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
At least 6 years of Information Technology with at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration including but not limited to User management, Data security, Email Administration, native platform tools and programming in related technologies.
At least 3 years of experience in the concepts and methodologies of enterprise and application architecture.
At least 5 years of experience with configuration and customization.
Must have Apex/Visualforce experience.
Preferred:
Sales, Service ad Community Cloud experience.
Required Skills:
Expert level knowledge of Information Technologies (Databases, Business Intelligence, Infrastructure, Networks, Web and Integration software).
Admin & Development Experience (Sales & Service Cloud)
Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) alongside declarative tools (Flow Builder) to enhance the functionality of Member, Provider, and Internal Agent portals.
Broad and in-depth understanding of technologies and experience in implementation methodologies, software development life cycle process, and project management.
Identity Management, SSO & Security Governance
Maintain secure federated authentication (SAML 2.0 / OIDC) across all portals, integrating Salesforce with enterprise Identity Providers (IdPs) like Okta and Azure AD.
CI/CD, Git & Release Management
Manage robust CI/CD deployment pipelines utilizing Git-based version control (GitHub/Bitbucket) and automated deployment tools to push changes across sandbox tiers to production.
End-to-end sandbox lifecycle management, including developer sandbox creation, data masking for privacy compliance, data seeding via Data Loader, and scheduled certificate rotations.
Salesforce Platforms: Experience Cloud (Portals), Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud
Development: Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL
Identity & Security: Single Sign-On (SSO), SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), JIT Provisioning, HIPAA Compliance, Shield
Excellent planning and organization, project management and time management skills.
Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills for both business and technically oriented communications with the ability to create appropriately high-quality documentations
Effectively convey goals and initiatives to staff and management.
Comprehensively understand the roadmap and work with project /program management to prioritize the work.
Knowledge of the vendor market and possess existing relationships.
