- Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork
- Write customized and professional proposals
- Communicate with potential clients effectively
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Maintain client relationships and follow-ups
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams
- 1–3 years of experience in Upwork bidding or Business Development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of freelancing platforms and proposal writing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Position: Full-Time (Onsite)
- Location: Lahore
