We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join our Lahore team and help shape the way Nectar shows up visually across digital, brand, marketing, internal, and external touchpoints.

Role Overview

As a Senior Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual design assets that reflect Nectar’s brand identity and support our growing business needs. This role is ideal for someone who has strong creative judgment, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to translate ideas into clean, polished, and effective designs.

You will work closely with the leadership, marketing, operations, and talent teams to design assets for campaigns, presentations, social media, employer branding, office branding, events, and internal communications.

This is a Lahore-based role and will require close collaboration with both the Pakistan team and Nectar’s global team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs for digital, print, social, and brand-related use cases.
• Design marketing and employer branding assets, including social media posts, hiring campaigns, event materials, and internal announcements.
• Support the development and execution of Nectar’s visual identity across Pakistan-based initiatives.
• Create presentation decks, one-pagers, visual templates, posters, banners, standees, and other branded collateral.
• Work on office and event branding materials, including signage, merchandise, welcome kits, and promotional assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and convert them into polished visual outputs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative work.
• Take ownership of design projects from brief to final delivery.
• Manage multiple design tasks at the same time while meeting deadlines.
• Bring fresh ideas and creative direction to help improve Nectar’s visual presence.
  
  

Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant industry experience in visual design, graphic design, brand design, or a related creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design work across digital and/or print formats.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, composition, and brand consistency.
• Experience designing for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and branded collateral.
• Comfortable using AI-powered creative tools to accelerate design, visual exploration, content creation, motion graphics, and video production while maintaining a high standard of craft and creative quality.
• Experience leveraging tools such as Figma, Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Kling, Veo, Luma, ChatGPT, or similar AI platforms as part of a modern creative workflow.
• Ability to combine traditional design principles with AI-assisted workflows to rapidly prototype concepts, create visual assets, and produce engaging motion and marketing content.
• Ability to work with brand guidelines and adapt them across different design formats.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, production-ready work.
• Ability to understand briefs quickly and convert them into strong creative outputs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.

• Experience with motion graphics, basic video editing, or animation.
• Experience designing employer branding or recruitment marketing assets.

This person should be comfortable working independently, taking feedback, and improving designs quickly. We are especially interested in someone who can bring structure and consistency to Nectar’s visual communication in Pakistan while also contributing fresh creative ideas.
