The Division: 

Enspire for Enterprise is a digital marketing agency that provides digital marketing solutions to franchise, multilocation and enterprise businesses.  We offer a full suite of digital marketing solutions and apply them based upon the unique needs of our clients. Our approach, combined with our business intelligence platform, ultimately allows our clients to unify, scale, and optimize their local and national marketing strategies.   

 

The Position 

Our SEO Analyst combines technical expertise with creative problem-solving to optimize our Local Profile Management and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) products. This role enhances client visibility, drives organic traffic, and delivers measurable results across diverse industries. You'll ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of local profiles while supporting broader SEO initiatives like keyword strategy, content optimization, and technical audits. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for uncovering insights and presenting strategies to diverse stakeholders. As part of our SEO team, you'll help drive innovation, collaboration, and exceptional client outcomes in a fast-growing organization. Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

• SEO Strategy and Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, encompassing keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO best practices to boost organic visibility, drive website traffic, and generate quality leads. 
• Local Profile Management: Set up, claim, and optimize business profiles across platforms such as Google Business Profile, Bing Places, and Apple Business Connect. Maintain accuracy, refine categorization, post updates and promotions, and respond to reviews to ensure access and maximize visibility. 
• Content Marketing Collaboration: Work with the content marketing team to create and distribute SEO-friendly content, aligning keyword strategy with SEO goals. 
• Reporting and Performance Monitoring: Analyze SEO and Local Profile performance using analytics tools, producing reports that highlight key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement and maximize effectiveness. 
• Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest innovations, trends, and best practices in SEO and Local Profile Management to ensure continuous improvement and drive innovative strategies. 
  
  

 

Requirements: Skills, Experience, & Certifications 

• 1+ years of experience working in SEO (On-Page, Technical). 
• 1+ years of experience working in Local Profile Management. 
• 1+ years of experience using SEO tools such as Moz, Screaming Frog, SEMRuch, AHRefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Bing Places or Apple Business Connect. 
• Basic skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, & PowerPoint. 
• Organized self-starter who can work independently, execute quickly and move to the next task. 
• Strong project management and prioritization skills. 
• Attention to detail. 
• Ability to drive consistently high-quality work under tight timeframes. 
• Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
