Responsibilities
Link Prospecting: Research and identify high-authority websites, blogs, and industry directories for link-building opportunities. Outreach Campaigns: Craft personalized outreach emails and pitch content to site owners, editors, and industry partners. Competitor Backlink Analysis: Analyze competitor backlink profiles to discover new link acquisition channels. Content Collaboration: Work alongside content writers to ensure guest articles and outreach assets meet publication standards. Tracking & Reporting: Maintain organized spreadsheets to track outreach progress, active links, and domain metrics (Domain Authority, Traffic). Backlink Auditing: Monitor and audit existing backlink profiles using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or Semrush.
Requirements
Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills for professional outreach. Foundational Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO concepts, particularly off-page SEO and why backlinks matter. Organization: Proficient in using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel to manage data and tracking lists. Mindset: Eager to learn, persistent, and detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
