- Lead technical SEO and AI search (AEO/GEO) at WebEnrich, Hyderabad. Get client sites indexed, optimised and cited across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude. At least 2 years of mentoring a team or owning SEO outcomes end to end. Good written and spoken English, and the ability to explain technical SEO clearly to non-technical clients
- Own the technical SEO and AI search visibility of client websites and WebEnrich itself.
- Optimise sites to be found and cited by AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Claude, using structured data, entity mapping and LLM-friendly content formats.
- Plan and oversee content built for AEO and GEO, including FAQs, definitions, comparisons and topic clusters that AI engines can easily pick up and quote.
- Handle geo-targeting and local search for city-based clients, including Google Business Profile, local schema and citations.
- Build keyword and content strategies tied to leads, sales and revenue, and oversee ethical link building and digital PR.
- Use modern SEO and AI visibility tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4 and AI visibility trackers to audit sites, track rankings and monitor brand mentions and citations across AI engines.
- Track rankings, AI citations, traffic and conversions, and present clear client-ready reports.
- Lead, train and review the work of junior SEO executives and content writers.
- Coordinate with the web development, content and paid media teams so SEO is part of every project.
- Stay on top of algorithm and AI search changes and adapt the approach quickly.
