Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Experience Intern to support day-to-day service operations and help deliver an excellent experience for internal and external stakeholders. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate looking to gain practical experience in service coordination, customer support, reporting, and process improvement within a professional environment.

What You Will Do

• Support daily service operations and administrative activities.
• Maintain and update service records, reports, and databases.
• Assist in tracking customer requests and service-related activities.
• Support preparation of service performance reports and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Organize and maintain service documentation and records.
• Identify and report service issues or process gaps to the supervisor.
• Contribute to service excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

We believe you have

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  
  

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team.
• Interest in customer service and stakeholder engagement.
