Ravon is seeking a dedicated GoHighLevel (GHL) SMS Marketer to manage and execute SMS marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with the GoHighLevel platform and a solid understanding of SMS marketing principles, lead nurturing, and automation workflows. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns and tasks while meeting deadlines effectively. You will not be managing a team but will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and client teams to ensure campaign success.

As an SMS marketer specializing in the GoHighLevel platform, you will be responsible for creating, configuring, and maintaining automated SMS workflows and follow-up sequences. You will develop compelling SMS messages designed to generate responses and move leads through the sales funnel, while maintaining accurate and organized contact data within the CRM. Monitoring campaign performance and ensuring compliance with regulations such as TCPA and A2P are key parts of this position. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on lead generation, appointment setting, and conversions by utilizing your expertise in SMS marketing and CRM management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute SMS marketing campaigns using the GoHighLevel platform to achieve client objectives.
• Create, configure, and maintain automated SMS workflows and follow-up sequences to nurture leads effectively.
• Develop engaging and persuasive SMS content aimed at generating responses and progressing leads through the sales funnel.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound SMS messages, maintaining high standards of communication.
• Nurture leads through consistent, timely, and appropriate follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Qualify prospects by assessing their interest and readiness, assisting in moving them toward appointments or conversions.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups with prospects to support sales pipelines.
• Maintain and organize comprehensive contact databases within GoHighLevel, including managing contact lists, tags, pipelines, and segmentation.
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics such as response rates, engagement, appointment rates, and conversions to evaluate success.
• Identify opportunities to optimize SMS campaigns and automation sequences based on performance data.
• Ensure all SMS campaigns comply with applicable regulations, including TCPA, A2P, and other messaging compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions, campaign activities, and updates within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and client teams to align campaign strategies and address any issues that arise.
• Handle multiple campaigns, workflows, and tasks efficiently while adhering to client deadlines and performance expectations.
• Meet assigned key performance indicators (KPIs) by maintaining strong response and engagement rates throughout campaigns.
