Role Description

We're looking for someone to help run our social presence day to day: keeping our channels active and on-brand, making sure the right content shows up in the right place, staying on top of trends, and growing our presence in the communities where our audience spends time. It's a great fit for someone organized, curious, and tuned in to how social moves.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the content calendar across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok, and keep each channel consistently active
• Grow our presence on Reddit and Quora by joining the right conversations, answering questions, and showing up regularly where our audience is
• Keep an eye on posts so everything goes out on the right channel, in the right format, and on time
• Follow trends and bring the ones that fit our voice into the mix
• Curate and repurpose existing content (podcast clips, blog posts, campaign assets) across channels
• Put together creatives and posts for Meta campaigns and organic social when needed
• Work with design and marketing to keep everything tied to one brand identity
• Keep an eye on performance and adjust based on what's resonating
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years managing social accounts and content calendars
• Experience building community on platforms like Reddit and Quora, not just posting to them
• A good sense of what's trending, what fits a brand, and where new opportunities might be
• Comfortable creating content when needed (Canva, CapCut, native tools)
• Solid writing; you can make a caption sound like us and engage naturally in a thread
• Organized and dependable, with an eye for detail
