Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor and engage with audiences on social platforms, responding to messages, mentions, and comments in a timely manner.
- Analyze key metrics and optimize social media campaigns to improve performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, with 3–5 years in a relevant position.
- Hands-on experience in content management and creation.
- In-depth knowledge of all primary social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Ability to capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices.
- Capability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with a passion for social media trends and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Experience with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- A positive attitude, detail-oriented approach, and a customer-oriented mindset.
