About

Artyreal is a creative and software studio. We produce design and branding, software products, and video production, across multiple verticals and for clients worldwide. Our team blends storytelling, design, and technology to build work that people actually want to watch and follow. We value creativity, ownership, clear communication, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Social Media Intern who lives and breathes social, someone who knows what's trending before it peaks and can turn it into content fast. You'll manage all our pages, help us brainstorm content ideas and strategy, and plan and schedule posts across platforms. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone confident, reliable, and full of ideas. It's ideal for a final-year student or recent graduate who wants to build real brands and grow fast.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all of our social media pages day-to-day (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and others).
  • Stay on top of trends, audio, formats, and memes and quickly turn them into relevant content.
  • Create content end-to-end: shoot, appear on camera, edit short videos, and design simple posts.
  • Be comfortable and confident on camera (this role is not for someone camera-shy).
  • Plan a content calendar and schedule posts and reels consistently.
  • Write captions, hooks, and hashtags that fit each platform and drive engagement.
  • Engage with the audience: reply to comments and DMs, and build community.
  • Track what's working using basic analytics and adjust the plan accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the design and video teams when bigger assets are needed.
  • Take direction well, but also bring your own ideas to the table.

Required Qualifications
  • Currently in the final year of a Bachelor's degree, or a recent graduate.
  • A deep, genuine understanding of social media trends and platform culture.
  • Comfortable and confident being on camera and creating content.
  • Able to shoot and edit short-form video (CapCut, Reels editor, or similar).
  • Strong sense of what makes content engaging and shareable.
  • Reliable, available, and able to post consistently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and a self-starter attitude, knows when to ask and when to act.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience running or growing a social page (personal, brand, or freelance).
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, etc.).
  • Understanding of analytics and how to read performance.
  • Photography or videography skills.
  • Copywriting ability for captions and hooks.

Benefits
  • Hands-on experience running real brand pages and campaigns.
  • Mentorship from an experienced creative and content team.
  • A growing portfolio of published content and measurable results.
  • A monthly stipend of Rs 30,000 with performance bonuses as well.
  • Certificate of completion and a strong reference for top performers.
  • Potential for a full-time offer based on performance.
  • A fast-paced, creative studio environment with real ownership.

Internship Duration

3 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role based on performance.

Work Arrangement

On-site at our office in Islamabad. Expected commitment – 40 hours/week.
