Key Responsibilities

- Develop complete social media strategies based on each client's business, target audience and goals.
- Research the client's niche, competitors, audience and market.
- Create content strategies and monthly content plans.
- Develop strategies to increase organic reach, views, followers and audience engagement.
- Plan content that builds trust, positions the brand and attracts potential customers.
- Develop organic content strategies focused on generating leads, enquiries and sales.
- Identify what content attracts the right audience and turns that attention into potential customers.
- Guide content writers, graphic designers and video editors to ensure content follows the approved strategy.
- Manage the overall social media presence and ensure consistent execution of the content plan.
- Track views, reach, engagement, leads and sales to measure performance.
- Analyse results and improve strategies based on actual performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and communicate progress to management.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy and organic growth.
- Proven experience generating leads or sales through organic content.
- Ability to develop strategies that improve reach, views and engagement.
- Good understanding of audience psychology, content marketing and brand positioning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Honest, responsible and committed to delivering quality work.

Portfolio Requirements

Applicants must provide a portfolio showing their previous work and results, including:

- Social media accounts they have managed.
- Growth in reach, views, followers and engagement.
- Strategies they developed and implemented.
- Examples of leads, enquiries or sales generated through organic content.
- Previous client results and their personal contribution to those results.

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate actual business results, not just attractive content or high view counts.

Working Structure

- Full-time remote position.
- The Social Media Manager will work according to the company's schedule.
- Will coordinate with content writers, graphic designers and video editors.
- Will report to management and follow the company's work processes and deadlines.
