  • Ability to analyze performance data and improve content outcomes.
  • Creative thinking with consistency in execution.
  • Understanding of branding and tone of voice.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media content strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.).
  • Create and manage content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
  • Write engaging captions and collaborate with designers for creatives.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and manage community interaction.
  • Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Optimize content strategy based on analytics and insights.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Support campaigns and product launches through social media execution.
