The Role

As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of social media strategies to strengthen brand visibility, grow audience engagement, and support business goals. You will manage campaigns across multiple platforms and ensure the brand maintains a strong and consistent online presence.

What You'll Be Doing Every Day

  • Managing and optimizing all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Creating and maintaining content calendars to plan posts effectively
  • Developing engaging content and coordinating with designers or content creators
  • Monitoring performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Running and optimizing paid social media campaigns
  • Identifying trends, opportunities, and creative ideas to boost brand awareness

What You Bring To The Table

  • Hands-on experience with major social media platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance KPIs
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop unique, engaging content ideas
  • Strategic mindset for planning and executing high-impact social campaigns
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven marketing decisions
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
