Aliflowers & Decor seeks an experienced Social Media Marketing professional to manage and enhance its online presence. The ideal candidate develops captivating content and strategically manages social media accounts to engage the target audience effectively. This role involves creating and editing video content, designing eye-catching posts, and utilizing various platforms and tools to plan and schedule content timely. The specialist handles community management, addressing customer inquiries professionally on WhatsApp, while maintaining a consistent and appealing brand image across multiple social channels.

The position requires a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, with strong skills in content creation, video production, and graphic design. The candidate does not manage a team but must excel at working independently, coordinating editorial calendars, and using analytics to optimize campaigns. A comprehensive approach to scheduling and publishing content ensures that Aliflowers & Decor connects with its audience and drives engagement and sales through digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business to actively engage and grow the community.
• Plan, create, shoot, and edit professional video content and reels that align with brand messaging and marketing goals.
• Design visually appealing social media posts utilizing tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud to attract and retain followers.
• Develop and maintain content calendars and publishing workflows using Buffer, Hootsuite, and related scheduling tools, ensuring timely release of posts.
• Analyze social media analytics and prepare detailed reports to track performance, identify trends, and inform strategy adjustments.
• Manage community interactions by responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and feedback through WhatsApp and social platforms.
• Coordinate the production of short-form video content using CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro for maximum engagement and brand visibility.
• Maintain consistency in visual and editorial content aligned with Aliflowers & Decor's brand identity across all social channels.
• Work independently to meet deadlines, optimize content strategies, and support broader marketing objectives without direct team management.
• Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance content quality and audience reach.
