SQA Lead
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading quality assurance activities across enterprise applications, ensuring high product quality through effective test strategies, automation initiatives, and team leadership. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering reliable software solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading quality assurance activities across enterprise applications, ensuring high product quality through effective test strategies, automation initiatives, and team leadership. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering reliable software solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–5 years of QA experience with at least 1 year in a Lead role
- Strong experience in enterprise application testing
- Hands-on experience in manual and automation testing
- Strong knowledge of BRD/SRS analysis, requirement review, and test case design
- Experience in API testing (Postman, RestAssured, or similar)
- Experience with automation tools/frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, QA methodologies, and Agile/Scrum practices
- Experience with JIRA, ClickUp, or similar defect tracking tools
- Good SQL knowledge for data validation
- Experience in test planning, execution, defect management, and release validation
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration
- Lead and mentor the QA team
- Define test strategies, plans, and quality standards
- Review requirements and ensure adequate test coverage
- Manage test execution, defect tracking, and reporting
- Drive automation initiatives and process improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality releases
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a strong quality mindset
- Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements
