Our client Aston Energy is seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar Sales professional to join our growing team in this permanent, onsite position. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth energy audits to assess customer needs and identify optimal solar panel system solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, clearly articulating the benefits of solar energy and our offerings.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project management and installation, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales and post-sales process.
- Stay current on renewable energy trends, policy changes, and competitive offerings to maintain a leading edge in the market.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, with a strong preference for experience within the solar industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency with CRM software, including Salesforce.
- Solid understanding of solar panel technology and renewable energy principles.
- Proven ability to conduct energy audits and analyze energy consumption data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
- A proactive approach to customer service and relationship building.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python for data analysis or automation.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies for the renewable energy sector.
- Additional certifications related to solar energy or sales.
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
