Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all on-site solar panel installation activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Conduct thorough site surveys and assessments to determine optimal system design and installation feasibility.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety protocols, local building codes, and electrical standards throughout the installation process.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the site installation team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Manage project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and site inspection records.
• Perform quality control checks to guarantee the integrity and efficiency of installed solar systems.
• Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in solar panel installation or a closely related field.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and PV design principles.
• Demonstrated knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a construction environment.
• Experience with tool operation and maintenance relevant to solar installations.
• Proven ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with permitting processes for solar installations.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive customer relations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• Relevant certifications in solar installation or electrical work.
• Experience with advanced project management methodologies.
• Previous experience in site surveying and preliminary design.
