Solar Telesales Executive

Our client Aston Energy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Solar Tele sales representative in a permanent position. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in generating leads, building customer relationships, and promoting our solar solutions to a wide range of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, and dialing software to manage leads, track sales activity, and analyze performance metrics
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and expand our customer base
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and addressing objections in a professional and courteous manner
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in the solar and energy efficiency sectors
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement
- Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently demonstrating a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as the needs and preferences of our target market
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and performance data to inform future sales strategies and optimize results
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or energy efficiency industry. You should also possess a strong foundation in solar knowledge, energy efficiency, and sales principles, as well as proficiency in CRM software, Salesforce, and dialing software. Excellent communication, active listening, and persuasion skills are essential, along with a goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, fluency in English is highly preferred, and any additional certifications or training in sales, marketing, or a related field would be considered an asset. If you have experience working in a fast-paced sales environment, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, we would love to hear from you.
