Sports Teacher

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and conduct physical education activities for students.
- Develop engaging sports programs tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
- Teach fundamental skills, strategies, and rules of various sports to students.
- Monitor and evaluate students’ performance and skill development.
- Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and an appreciation for physical fitness.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during sports activities.
- Organize sports events, tournaments, and inter-school competitions.
- Maintain and inventory sports equipment and ensure its availability and safety.
- Collaborate with other educators to integrate physical activities with educational programs.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience working as a Sports Teacher or in a related role.
- Strong knowledge of various sports, physical education strategies, and training techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team of educators and coaches.
- First aid and CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or relevant licensure is advantageous.
- Proven track record of effectively managing sports programs and activities.
- Experience in organizing school-level competitions and events is a plus.
