Sr. Java Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION (HYDERABAD):

Responsibilities:

• 8 to 15 years of experience in software product sales dealing with clients across the globe.
• Experience selling SaaS-based IT HR products for enterprise clients with a global footprint is a plus and preferred.
• You will report and work directly with the CEO in filling up the pipeline, qualifying and developing new opportunities.
• In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of our sales cycle, from generating leads via email campaigns to communicating our value to customers and closing deals.
• Prospect, educate, qualify, develop, and close target accounts to create sales-ready leads and opportunities.
• Responsible for lead generation and building a pipeline of top-quality prospects.
• Develop and implement a sales strategy, report sales metrics and manage the sales process (lead generation till closing).
• Represent the company and the product in agreed-upon forums or conferences as desired.
• Consistent sales track record meeting expectations and respective standards, maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Very impressive verbal and written communication skills are must.
• Experience in creatively handling digital marketing to facilitate sales is a plus.
• Establish new customer relationships by forming and converting potential sales leads.
