Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

:

• Lead and manage the Applications Development team to deliver software, infrastructure and architecture that meets the needs of user.
• Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to Analyze, design, develop, test, and maintain web\desktop-based business applications and integrations.
• Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
• Support product and departmental teams in communicating strategy and product fit and effectiveness to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure troubleshooting and resolution of issues throughout the product life cycle including support for incident resolution
• Work with project, product leads to design software and create implementable specifications and tasks at product and roadmap level
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
  
  

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor`s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/ foreign university.

Experience: Minimum 07 to 09 years of experience. Preference will be given to candidates having 5 years of relevant banking experience.

Age: Up to 55 years as of July 07, 2026.
