Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Python Developer (AI) to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to design, develop, and deliver scalable software solutions while mentoring junior team members
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based applications and services.
• Architect and implement backend solutions using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, project managers, and stakeholders) to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Integrate third-party APIs and design, develop, and manage RESTful services.
• Design and optimize databases (SQL/NoSQL) for performance and scalability.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications in AWS or other cloud environments.
• Drive the adoption of modern AI technologies and tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, GenAI, and LLMs in development workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Proficiency in at least one Python web framework (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
• Excellent understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB).
• Strong proficiency with version control systems (Git).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Exposure to recent AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, GenAI, and LLMs.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with React.js or any frontend technology.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience leading technical discussions, mentoring team members, and driving best engineering practices.
