Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Only candidates willing to work in Afternoon Shift will be shortlisted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the organization.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and statements.
- Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate and timely transaction recording.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoice processing, payment verification, and follow-up on collections.
- Ensure all financial practices comply with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Must be Enrolled or Part Qualified in ACCA, CMA, or CA.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in accounting field.
- Proficient in using financial systems and accounting software.
- Strong time management abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and QuickBooks
