Store & Inventory Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store & Inventory professional to join our dynamic team in Karachi. This is a permanent, onsite position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of our stock and warehouse operations, directly contributing to our operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
• Efficiently process incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and promptly entering data into inventory software.
• Manage order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate picking, packing, and preparation for shipment.
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts, identifying and resolving any variances or issues.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all inventory movements, including receipts, dispatches, and adjustments.
• Utilize inventory software and barcode scanners to track stock and improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in store and inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Education: A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree or equivalent qualification.
